I saw too many movies these days and i realized that we are becoming just like foreign movies ... now in every movie i see .. there must be a "love scene" ... what do you think of this ... and this scene in every movie are becoming more rude and worst than the movie befor .. some producers say "that is what the audience want" actually i dont want this ... "maybe its just me" ...

its funny how u say nobody wants "sex scenes" or "kissing scenes" in our cinema, yet these movies make A LOT OF MONEY?the movie makers are not stupid u know, they dont make a lot of action because they know we wont watch them, but they hav sex scenes because they know we will watch them.u know?

form my opinion, i think movies should be like books, there should always be a morale, a good story, a good 2 hours of entertainment, or something.i dont mind those scenes if they dont over do them, becuase sometimes people like watching those stuff, and its not like we dont have these problems in our society, id rather watch a movie that talks about things happening in my country (3orfy or sometihng) other than a fairytale about a princess who gets some magic shoes, because its unrealistic and weird.get me?

id also like to add something which you are all clearly missing, ever since black and white movies, weve had kissing scenes in our movies which was acceptable and until now we watch them almost every single day. but then 5aled yousef came along, and he had his own "type" of movie.what really surprised me is that although we all critisise them, people actually go and watch that stuff like i said.my point is, its fine if it doesnt cover the whole movie like old times.

I think Egyptian cinema is getting better. There are some good movies. But stiil there are many movies not even worth watching. You are right about the sexual content in Egyptian cinema. Scenes like those are normal in foreign countries, but things here are different. I think the reasons are simople: lack of morals and wanting to attract audience by any means. I don't like khaled yousef or yousef shahin. For some reason, every movie Khaled yousef makes must have some dirty scenes. If you ask me, something is wrong with that guy.

As for yousef shahin, i don't know what good a movie is if nobody can get its point.

i think that Egyptian Cinema has strayed far away from what they call "art" and became shallow,empty immitation of American Movies.....the thing about American movie producers is that they think alot about money making in all ways to attract enough audience!!!

so their movies combine all secret ingredients to make sure that all possible and different audience will go and watch the movie....For Example "Final Destination"...u can see that the movie had (Drama-Tragedy-Thrill-Horror-Visual Effects-Sound Effects-and Sexual Content!!)....well!!! they have the money+no morals+no religion...so why not?!!!



When u look at an Egyptian move ingredients...u can see that directors have "taken out" the darama (really corny)....Fake Tragedy....no visual or sound effects......and yet stayed and held on to the sexual content!!!! With absolutely no respect to the fact that we r by nature very religious and we respect our moralities!!



Directors like those u mentioned r far away from what they call "making art"!!........I have seen couple of movies of Khaled Yossef!!! they r very very stupid and make u feel embarrassed when u watch them with other people!!......yet he only holds on to the sexual content as his oersonal signature!!!



I can't describe to u how i am disgusted by those "porn makers"!!!

Look at a movie like Amarat 3kobeyan:

western movie Directors applauded the 3kobeyan Director for putting gay people in the egyptian Cinema a never to be done before in Egypt

they will slowly be accepted in our Movies then they will slowly be accepted in our Society.

that was just an example.

i guess its just a season of that kind of movies then it will return again, like every season, there is always something different in the movies



bad thing that its hard now to pick a decent movie to see it with ur sister,family or a female friend

Its pretty good. I have a few titles I purchased in Jordan from a bootlegger (they have english subtitles thankfully).



One is like a hi-tech espionage thriller.. umm, I forget the others, but all combine comedy.

they always do what the audience want to make they're movies famous. they also copy foreign movies because they see that those movies have nice scenes.

i blush when i see some scenes , esp when some young girls are watching .

the censor used to cut such scenes , but now he ignores them.
