•Initiating new taxpayer accounts and profiles categorized based on taxpayer types (single or corporate).
•Generating Taxpayer Identity Number (TIN) for each taxpayer upon successful registration and based on specific algorithm that assures the singularity and uniqueness of TINs among all registered taxpayers.
•Inserting Taxpayer meta-data including: -but not limited to- Identity information, Trade registration information, Main Activity Level(s), Exempted Promotions (if any), Taxpayer sub-type, Partners List or Employment History (based on Taxpayer Type), Delegates (if any), Applicable Taxes, Dependents (if any), Income Sources List as well as Addresses and Contact Details.
•Storing additional information that can be employed in prospect as a tool for executing annual correlations and annual cross-checks relative to furnished information among inter and intra-taxpayers’ groups.
•Storing any supplementary files along with their metadata in internal document library for later use.
•Storing taxpayer profile data in the database.
• Providing the ability to issue taxpayer ID certificates upon need.
•Providing the ability to integrate with ASYCUDA in order to retrieve exports and imports’ lists as well as the ability to integrate with other external systems upon need.
•Viewing particular taxpayer profile. Extendedly, updating any data element associated to the viewed taxpayer profile at any time.
•Inquiring on taxpayers’ profiles by diverse sets of data elements with the facility to view any taxpayer profile in particular from the obtained search results.
•Providing the ability to track any change to a taxpayer’s registration information.
