I am known to be a bit tech-headed so usually friends will come to me when they face problems in their devices
sometime ago a friend had a problem and had his language switched to Arabic, and he gave to me I was like O.O !!
I looked as if it was the first time I hold a phone in my life xD

Yeh......it sounds weird. Also when I tried to read a computer book in Arabic. I found the same word in English is used with an extra letter "h" added to the end of the English word, all written in Arabic.
Ex... in English "icon" and in Arabic "iconah". It just made me laugh.

i agree with you changing the phone's language to Arabic can get a little tough and confusing! specially if you are not used to Arabic!
